CPLP citizens have easier access to entering and staying in Portugal
On October 30, 2022, Regulatory Decree n.º 4/2022, of September 30, came into force, which amends Law n.º 23/2007, of July 4, which regulates the legal regime of entry, permanence, departure and removal of foreign citizens from the national territory. Indeed, they belong to the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.
