Five years after the founding of FA ACCOUNTING & MANAGEMENT, what assessment can be made of the company’s journey so far, and what has led the brand to become a relevant player today?
The assessment is extremely positive! FA ACCOUNTING & MANAGEMENT was born with the goal of offering a modern, close, and highly personalized accounting service—and today we can proudly say that we are a benchmark in the sector, especially within the international community in Portugal. Our sustained growth, the trust of our clients, and our constant ability to adapt have been fundamental to this successful trajectory.
What moments do you consider to have been truly defining in this journey?
There have been several defining moments, but we highlight the first international client, which challenged us to navigate different tax realities and opened doors for a global positioning. Another decisive moment was the investment in cloud technology, which allowed us to digitalize processes and offer real-time access to our clients. More recently, the expansion of the team with multidisciplinary professionals was a strategic step for the brand’s consolidation.
Innovation has been one of the cornerstones of FA ACCOUNTING & MANAGEMENT. How has this commitment translated into practical added value, both in the services provided and in the relationship with clients and partners?
Innovation is, without a doubt, part of our DNA. We invested early on in digital platforms, electronic signatures, process automation, and integration with banking and invoicing systems. In practice, this has translated into faster responses, greater transparency, and closer relationships with our clients. Innovation has allowed us to anticipate problems, find creative solutions, and build a true partnership with everyone who trusts us.
The brand’s growth is undeniable. What strategies have been decisive in consolidating FA ACCOUNTING & MANAGEMENT’s position in the accounting and management sector? And what goals do you aim to achieve in the short and medium term?
Our main strategy has always been to listen to our clients and adapt our services to their real needs. We focused on strategic market niches—such as international freelancers, tech startups, and foreign investors—which allowed us to specialize and differentiate. In the short term, we want to strengthen our presence in new geographies, and in the medium term, we aim to consolidate ourselves as a financial consulting hub with a global impact.
People are increasingly the most valuable asset of any organization. How has FA ACCOUNTING & MANAGEMENT invested in its human capital over these five years? What policies have you implemented to attract, develop, and retain talent?

In terms of sustainability and social responsibility, we promote remote work practices, paper reduction, and collaboration with local projects. We want to be more than just an accounting firm—we want to be an agent of positive change.
Looking ahead to the next five years, what are the company’s main strategic priorities?
Our priorities include:
- Expanding our operations to new European markets;
- Investing in artificial intelligence solutions applied to accounting;
- Strengthening our integrated financial and tax consulting services;
- Becoming a benchmark in supporting international businesses based in Portugal.
What new services, markets, or approaches are being considered to ensure continuous and sustainable evolution?
We are developing specialized services for digital nomads, companies with remote operations, and foreign investors. We are also considering the creation of our own digital platform that centralizes accounting, consulting, and real-time monitoring. In terms of markets, we are focused on the Portuguese diaspora and attracting entrepreneurs who want to invest in Portugal.
Have there been any collaborations or partnerships that have been particularly relevant to the company’s growth? What role do these synergies play in your business model?
Absolutely. Partnerships with lawyers, immigration consultants, banks, and innovation hubs have been crucial for growth. These synergies allow us to offer a complete service to our clients—from company formation to tax management and legal support. We greatly value collaborative work and believe that together we can go further.
